Unicorn Road

Hello thought I would share my recipe for my unicorn bark which is basically rocky road minus the marshmallows and a white chocolate version. So lets get started.

Ingredients:

250g white chocolate

100g unsalted butter

2 tbsp golden syrup

100g digestive biscuits

2 bars of ruby kit kat

red food dye

blue food dye

Method:

Melt the butter and white chocolate in the microwave for 2-3minutes (keep checking and stirring).

After the chocolate is melted stir in the golden syrup then leave it to cool for about 15minutes.

Put the biscuits in a bag and bash them up with a rolling pin. Stir them into the cooled chocolate mixture.

Pour the mix into a baking sheet and greased covered tin. Press down the mixture. Sprinkle on the chopped up ruby kit kat. Finally drop a little bit of each food dye on the mix and spread the dye around with a cocktail sticks. Put the mix in the freezer for 2 hours. Then remove cut up and transfer the unicorn road in a box and place it in the fridge.
